We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience; however, returns for duty-free items are subject to strict customs regulations and must be initiated before departure or within 30 days of purchase for unused goods. Please note that once items have cleared customs or been consumed, they may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Verify Customs Compliance

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all duty-free seals intact, as broken seals may void your eligibility for a return.

  Ship or Drop-off

  Follow the provided instructions to either ship the item back to our distribution center or visit a designated Lotte Duty Free service counter.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the item condition and customs status, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
